Workshops & Teacher Presentations

At CASES we have a range of experienced presenters who have all been teachers and who have published within all spheres of education during the last two decades. Our presenters have worked in the Tertiary, Catholic and Independent Sectors, holding various positions such as Deputy Principal and Associate Director.

Each presenter is able to work alongside teachers in improving the learning experience of students. With their extensive knowledge of learning theory, learning analytics and workable pedagogy they understand the 'ripple' effect of such undertakings, leading to school-wide improvement. Our presenters can lead full day training workshops to short keynote learning sessions for teachers and leadership teams.

At CASES we believe in putting into practice the learning experiences our presenters espouse. Consequently, our presentations focus upon blending theory with practical 'take-away' skills for immediate use by participants. All presentations can be tailored for your specific audience and can cover a range of topics including:

  • Learning Theory – the role of the brain and the impact of accelerated learning
  • Learning Analytics – the good, bad and the ugly of data diagnostics
  • Learning and Motivation – what really drives improvement
  • Learning Spaces – the link between space, technology and pedagogy
  • Creating an Explicit Improvement Agenda
  • School Improvement – the next steps
  • Pedagogy for the next decade
  • Feedback and Assessment – the number one driver of school improvement
